About La Maison Carondelet
Description
La Maison Carondelet is a beautifully restored, mid 1800’s era home built in the Greek revival style. Our fully furnished guest house has three bedrooms (plus a double parlor of which half can easily convert to a fourth bedroom,) 2 ½ baths, large gourmet kitchen, scenic balconies, and a spacious landscaped patio with a hot tub. Centrally located and just one block off St. Charles Avenue and the streetcar line, there is no better way to enjoy New Orleans than in the privacy and comfort of La Maison Carondelet.
Our guesthouse is available year round and can accommodate groups of up to ten people or events of up to 50. Our pricing ranges from $350.00 to $900.00 per night depending on season, special events, # of guests & length of stay. (Please contact us for event pricing or discounted weekly and monthly rates.)

Our special Sugar Bowl rate is $775 per night based on six person occupancy with a moderate upcharge for additional guests limited to ten total and a two night minimum stay.
